+ Do you have insurance?
Yes! All of our services come with a standard $5 million dollar general/liquor liability insurance. Additional coverage available.
+ How is gratuity handled for your event bartending services?
Preferably, a tip jar is placed on the bar to allow guests to show appreciation. If a tip jar is not desired, gratuity can also be arranged privately subject to package cost.
+ How many bars should I have?
In our professional experience, multiple bartenders are more efficient when working together at the same bar. Teamwork, atmosphere, and service cohesiveness provide a more speedy and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.
+ How much space is required for the bar?
The minimum space required including front and back bar would be approximately a 10ft x 10ft area.
+ When is payment required?
Upon booking, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required. Remaining payment(s) are due in full 10 calendar days prior to the event date. Last-minute service requests that fall within 10 calendar days will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. All payments are due prior to the event in any case. Late payment fees are assessed at $50/day.
+ What if I need to cancel after I book?
In the event you need to cancel any services, please let us know ASAP. You will be refunded any payments collected after your $200 non-refundable deposit.
